Preparation

Start by preheating the oven to 180°C. The recipe is very simple and involves taking the quarters already cut from the OrtoRomi package and placing them on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add the pine nuts and raisins. Let it cook for 15 minutes at 180°C and serve taking care not to forget the pine nuts and raisins in the pan.
