For Christmas’ time Ortoromi proposes a new mix combining the bitterish taste of fresh salads and savoury radicchios with the sweetness of sliced oranges! We suggest you to try it with a special dressing obtained melting in a bowl extra virgin olive oil, orange juice (or lemon juice), a coffeespoon of mustard, salt and pepper. The slightly spicy taste of the dressing get along well with the bitter flavour of the curly salad, the setwall and the radicchio. To make this salad mix a different special side dish, you should try the alternative dressing proposed in the section “recipes” under the name of Salad with Oranges.
