Ortoromi adheres to LAIQ ("l'Agricoltura Italiana di Qualità"), the campaign promoted by Legambiente (one of the most important Italian Environmental Association) which values Italian agricultural quality. Legambiente proposes indeed a virtuous production method to the agroindustrial sector, based on different elements such as the reduction of chemical substances, a greater attention towards the environmental impact (in both yielding and transforming the product), and the banning of genetically modified products (OGM).

The aim is to offer to the consumer food products with extra values: from the respect for the environment to the well-being of animals, the greatest quality and the emphasis on the Italian typicality.
