Directly after picking only the best leaves are selected to be washed, dried and packed. From the picking to packing little time passes so that all the goodness and freshness of the salads is preserved. After that comes the distribution through a logical system that allows the packed vegetables to arrive in few hours to the fridges and counters of the supermarkets all across Italy - all in full respect with the cold chain. That means that the work of the product in all its stages (from the transportation of the cut product in the greenhouses, to the transformation and posting and consistent delivery to the distributive platforms) comes at a controlled temperature that can never exceed 4 centigrade which allows the products to last longer.
