Ortoromi has embraced the choice to run directly the whole production line: from the field to the marketing of the products. Most of the vegetables that are then used in the stage of packaging derive from fields cultivated and cured by the farms: An opportunity that allows more strict control and an optimization of working time. Ortoromi cultivates 200 hectares of fields from which 50 hectares are covered by greenhouses of high technology which guarantee the continuity of production of 365 days-a-year.
