“IV range” is the naming of the fruit and vegetable products ready to use.
This concerns fresh products, freshly picked and immediately washed in a way to allow the consumers to save time while using high quality salads which adhere to high safety standards.
Some definitions to understand each other better:
I range: includes the fresh vegetables to wash, cut and prepare.
II range: includes the conserved and semi-conserved foods, like tinned peas for example.
III range: includes the frozen products.
IV range: includes the fruit and vegetables products ready for use, already packed.
V range: includes the not frozen precooked vegetables and fruits.
